Symsonia Elementary School sixth graders Emma Hancock (left) and Gracie Johnson recently participated in the Kentucky 4-H state level shooting sports competition. Both entered in the long bow recurve division in the 9-11 age group. Hancock placed first and Johnson placed third in their age group. Hancock finished third overall (9-18 year old) in the long bow recurve division.
