The McDonald’s fifteen miles south in Fulton did a brisk business with lines of Hickman and Carlisle County cars waiting for take out. Local authorities were saying that another storm was on the way. Looking at the sky in the picture, that was easy to believe.
This gentleman was in from Michigan visiting his mother in Fulton. He was at McDonald's using their web access. The City of Fulton was not as hard hit as the reist of the River Counties.
